I know what it feels like to give everything to your career and still feel the cost in your health and well-being. Early in my career, I worked in cardiac rehab, supporting patients who were often successful business owners and executives. Many admitted they hadn’t prioritized their well-being until their first heart event forced them to.

As an exercise physiologist, I could guide them to rebuild strength and fitness. But when rehab ended, patients were left to figure out how to sustain their healthy habits on their own. I saw the gap: there was no coaching for lasting lifestyle change. That realization inspired me to become a health and wellness coach, so I could help people not only get healthy, but stay healthy and empowered for life.

Years later, in a thriving corporate role, I found myself burning out, searching for the same answers I helped others find. That became another turning point: I knew the tools of coaching weren’t just valuable, they were essential for high achievers navigating stress, imposter syndrome, and the “always-on” work culture.

For over 15 years, I’ve helped professionals at every level manage stress, prevent burnout, and flourish in both work and life. I’ve seen firsthand how traditional corporate training often misses the real issues, like imposter syndrome, burnout, and the challenges of staying well in an “always-on” culture.

That’s why I created Priority Self LLC. As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach with a Master’s in Kinesiology, I combine expertise in physiology, behavior change, and coaching with lived experience. My approach is simple: I coach the person, not the position. I believe in fostering safe, non-judgmental learning environments to help clients explore what moving forward in well-being could look like.
